Responsibilities

• Complete small to medium-sized home repairs, maintenance, and improvement projects
• Perform quality work efficiently and professionally
• Communicate clearly with customers regarding project scope and expectations
• Deliver a consistent five-star customer experience
• Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and daily schedules
• Identify and communicate additional customer needs when appropriate

Qualifications

• 10+ years of paid professional handyman or trades experience preferred
• Strong carpentry skills required
• Well-rounded “multi-skilled” handyman experience preferred
• Must own standard day-to-day tools
• Ability to estimate time and complete projects efficiently
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Comfortable interacting directly with customers
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
• Team-oriented mindset
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record preferred
• Pass a criminal background check
