What You’ll Do

As a Service Professional, you’ll be a key part of delivering high-quality repairs, maintenance, and improvement services for our residential and light commercial clients.

• Complete a wide variety of repairs and improvements (carpentry, drywall, doors, tile, minor plumbing/electrical, etc.)

• Diagnose issues and develop solutions on-site

• Write and present estimates to customers and close work

• Perform work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards

• Communicate clearly with customers and office staff

• Document work with photos and notes

• Deliver a professional, positive experience that turns customers into repeat clients

What We’re Looking For

This role is not for beginners. We’re looking for experienced professionals who can operate independently and represent our brand at a high level.

• 10+ years of construction, handyman, or related trade experience (15+ preferred)

• Strong multi-trade skillset (carpentry, drywall, doors, basic plumbing/electrical, etc.)

• Comfortable selling your own work and building trust with customers

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• Ability to pass a background check
