Our service professionals are often the only team member on-site, meaning they must be:

Professional & Courteous - You represent our brand and interact with customers daily.

Excellent Communicators - Clear, professional communication is essential.

Skilled & Reliable - You take pride in quality work and completing jobs efficiently.

Required Skills & Experience

Applicants must be proficient in at least 3 of the following trades:

* Drywall & Taping

* Trim Carpentry

* Door Repair & Replacement

* Window Installation

* Siding Repairs

* Painting

* Decks

* Flooring & Tile

* Bathrooms/Kitchen Remodels

Beyond these core skills, you’ll have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, expand your skill set, and collaborate with team members to share knowledge.

What We Offer

Competitive Pay: $34 to $45+ per hour (based on experience)

Additional Requirements

To be considered, you must:

Live near our service area (Central & Western Suffolk County)

Have 7+ years of paid, relevant experience

Own your own tools

Have a valid driver’s license

Pass a background and driving record check

Be able to lift 50 lbs independently
