Senior Customer Service & Sales Coordinator (Construction / Scheduling / Inside Sales)

Mr. Handyman of Lowell, Andover and Haverhill| Tyngsboro, MA

Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

$20–$27 per hour (based on experience)

We are a family-run construction company based in Tyngsboro, MA. We’re looking for a dependable and experienced team member to handle customer calls, book jobs, and keep our schedule running smoothly.

This role combines customer service, scheduling/dispatch, and inbound sales. You’ll be responsible for turning incoming calls into scheduled work while supporting daily operations.

What You’ll Do

  • Answer incoming calls and assist customers with service requests
  • Recommend services and book appointments based on customer needs
  • Coordinate technician schedules and daily routes
  • Adjust schedules for weather delays, cancellations, and urgent jobs
  • Assist with estimates and job details
  • Manage job logistics including permits, materials, dumpsters, and deliveries
  • Support technicians and office staff with daily problem-solving
  • Handle customer questions and resolve issues when they arise
  • Maintain accurate job records and assist with accounts receivable

What We’re Looking For

  • Construction industry experience preferred
  • Customer service and/or inside sales experience
  • Comfortable booking jobs and handling inbound sales calls
  • Strong organization and multitasking skills
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Clear communicator with both customers and field staff
  • ServiceTitan experience is a plus
