What You'll Be Doing
As one of our experienced craftsmen, you'll perform a wide variety of residential repairs and improvements, including:
Finish Carpentry & Trim Installation
Drywall Repair & Interior Painting
Door & Window Repair or Replacement
Light Plumbing Repairs
Light Electrical Repairs
Flooring & Tile Repairs
Deck, Fence & Exterior Repairs
General Home Maintenance & Small Remodeling Projects

We're Looking for Someone Who...
You don't need to know everything—but you should know how to figure things out.
We're looking for professionals who:
- Have 20 or more years of hands-on experience in construction, remodeling, or residential repairs
- Are comfortable working across several trades, especially carpentry
- Can troubleshoot problems without constant supervision
- Take pride in clean, professional workmanship
- Communicate well with homeowners and treat every customer with respect
- Show up on time and keep commitments
- Hold a valid driver's license
- Own a solid set of professional hand tools
