We handle a wide variety of residential and light commercial repair, maintenance, and improvement projects throughout Northern Virginia, and we’re looking for someone who takes pride in delivering quality workmanship and exceptional customer service.
What You’ll Do
As a Seasoned Handyman, you’ll work independently while representing our company professionally in customers’ homes and businesses.
Responsibilities Include:
- Completing a variety of repair, maintenance, and improvement projects
- Performing work in multiple trades
- Diagnosing problems and recommending effective solutions
- Building customer confidence through professional communication
- Creating and presenting job estimates
- Securing approval for recommended work
- Documenting project details with notes and photos
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional work environment
- Delivering an outstanding customer experience that generates repeat business and referrals
What We’re Looking For
We are seeking a true professional who can work independently and confidently manage projects from start to finish.
Qualifications:
· 10+ years of hands-on experience in construction, remodeling, maintenance, or handyman services
· Strong skills across multiple trades
· Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems in the field
· Comfortable discussing project scope, pricing, and recommendations with customers
· Excellent communication and customer service skills
· Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
· Reliable, self-motivated, and organized
· Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
· Ability to pass a background check

Schedule
· Full-Time
· Monday through Friday
