Minimum Requirements / Experience
-4 Year Bachelor's Degree
-4 Years customer service industry or hospitality industry
-2 Years sales experience
-Experience with CRM platforms
-Well-rounded knowledge in Microsoft office
-Previous experience with Service Titan a plus
-Background in home repair industry is a plus
-Bilingual is a plus
Job Description
Sales/Customer Service/Operations - Support Representative
Our sales, customer service and operations support representative is a dynamic individual who will assist our customers on inbound calls, gathering pertinent information and provide an industry leading customer service experience while assisting with their needs. They will build customer profiles and, with assistance from office and field staff, create estimates, schedule appointments, clean up and send invoices. They will keep customers updated on technician arrival times, scope of work and follow-up on customer satisfaction. They will follow up on pending estimates sent and potential service requests. They will assist with auxiliary tasks that support our technicians in the field and the execution of sold jobs.
Key Responsibilities
-Feilding inbound calls
-Gathering information on service needs while asking pertinent questions to clarify scope of work
-Reviewing our existing schedule and setting new appointments for sold inspections and estimates while considering related logistics
-Verifying scope of work completed on existing jobs, cleaning up and sending invoices
-Completing customer service satisfaction calls
-Helping source materials for upcoming jobs
-Sending certificates of insurance to be created and sending to service location building management offices
-Forming new relationships with and maintaining existing relationships with condo management offices

Compensation and Work Hours
$22-$24 Per hour
8 am - 5 pm (M-F)/Every other Saturday 9 am - 1 pm
Bonuses (contingent on performance) after 90 days
