We are a locally owned and operated home services company specializing in professional handyman, repair, and maintenance services for residential, commercial, and government clients. With a reputation for quality workmanship and reliable service, we're expanding our footprint and looking for a driven and self-motivated Outside Sales Representative to help us grow our B2B and government accounts.

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Outside Sales Representative to identify, pursue, and close new commercial and government contracts in NE San Antonio and surrounding cities. This is a commission-only role ideal for a hunter-type sales professional who thrives on performance-based income and is passionate about helping businesses and agencies maintain their facilities with high-quality repair and maintenance services.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new commercial and government clients.
  • Prospect and build relationships with property managers, facility directors, school districts, city/county departments, HOAs, and local businesses.
  • Conduct in-person meetings, site visits, and presentations to understand client needs and offer tailored service solutions.
  • Prepare and submit proposals, quotes, and bids for commercial and government opportunities (RFQs/RFPs).
  • Track all activity in CRM and provide regular sales pipeline updates.
  • Work closely with the operations team to ensure successful handoff and ongoing client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in B2B or government sectors, preferably in home services, construction, maintenance, or related fields.
  • Strong understanding of sales cycles for commercial and government clients.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel within the region.
