Operations Supervisor / Estimator
Starting Salary: $55,000 per year + Performance Bonuses
Mr. Handyman of Miami is seeking a motivated, experienced Operations Supervisor / Estimator to join our growing team. We are looking for a results-driven professional with strong operational and estimating experience who can help drive efficiency, profitability, and exceptional customer service.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced service environment, understands home service operations, and can confidently manage both field and office coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate residential and light commercial repair/remodel estimates
- Conduct on-site assessments and clearly communicate scope of work to clients
- Oversee daily operations, scheduling, and job progress
- Support technicians to ensure jobs are completed on time and within budget
- Maintain strong customer communication throughout project lifecycle
- Monitor job costing, profitability, and performance metrics
- Ensure high standards of quality, safety, and professionalism
- Assist with process improvements and operational efficiency
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of estimating and/or operations management experience (home services industry preferred) required
- Live in Miami-Dade County
- Strong knowledge of residential repairs, remodeling, or construction processes
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Proficient with technology and job management systems
- Service Titan experience is a strong plus
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Complete a background check
