Can you talk through a drywall repair with a homeowner, ask the right questions about a sticking door, and turn that conversation into a booked job? We’re looking for someone who understands how home repairs come together and can help customers take the next step.

You’ll work from our Olathe office, supporting customers and Service Professionals across our Olathe/Gardner and Lee’s Summit/South KC territories. Most of your time will be spent on the phone, preparing estimates, and booking work. Occasionally, you’ll help the team on a jobsite.

What you’ll do

• Answer incoming calls and follow up on online inquiries. Ask questions, gather photos and measurements, and determine whether the work fits our services.
• Prepare estimates for routine jobs using our pricebook and estimating tools. Review AI-generated suggestions for accuracy and route complex projects to a Service Professional for an on-site consultation.
• Explain estimates and next steps in plain language, follow up on open quotes, and book approved work.
• Give Service Professionals clear job notes, photos, access instructions, and customer expectations. Communicate schedule or scope changes promptly.
• Occasionally assist on jobsites by lifting and moving materials, organizing the work area, and helping with cleanup.

What you’ll bring

• Sales experience, including asking questions to understand customer needs, explaining options, and asking for the booking.
• Working knowledge of common handyman projects such as drywall repair, doors, trim, painting, or fixture replacement. That knowledge can come from field work, a home services office, a building supply role, or hands-on projects.
• Ability to use ServiceTitan to document calls, prepare estimates, and book jobs. Ability to use AI estimating tools and verify their output before sharing pricing with a customer.
• Clear verbal and written communication. You can explain a repair over the phone and write job notes a Service Professional can act on.
• Ability to perform occasional jobsite duties, including lifting and moving materials and helping with cleanup, with or without reasonable accommodation.
