We have been in business for over 21 years in Charlotte, NC and Frederick, MD. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a compassionate and dedicated Operations Manager to join our family - being based out of our Charlotte location - and help us maintain the highest standards in everything we do by managing our Charlotte, NC office while also supporting our Frederick, MD office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily operations in our Charlotte location, ensuring our team of field technicians is well-coordinated and supported.
  • Oversee and grow our commercial business in both our Charlotte and Frederick locations.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance efficiency and reflect our values.
  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful, timely completions.
  • Maintain compliance with safety regulations and uphold our commitment to safe working environments.
  • Provide leadership, training, and support, fostering a positive and collaborative team atmosphere.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
  • Analyze operational data to help us continually improve our services.
  • Identify and implement innovative solutions to enhance our operations.
  • Occasional travel between Charlotte and Frederick, MD.


  • Proven experience as an Operations Manager or in a similar role within the handyman, construction, or home improvement industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a heart for leadership and team development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and home improvement skills.

What We Offer:

  • Base salary + Bonus. Total compensation should range between $60,000 - $75,000 (bonuses included).
