Help Lead and Grow a Successful Home Services Business

Mr. Handyman is seeking an experienced Office/Operations Manager to help lead the day-to-day operations of our growing business. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys managing people, improving processes, analyzing business performance, and helping a company achieve its growth goals.

The Operations Manager will work directly with ownership and play a key role in overseeing office operations, customer service, scheduling, team performance, and business growth.


Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office operations and administrative functions
  • Lead and support office staff to ensure exceptional customer service
  • Answer and manage incoming customer calls and scheduling requests
  • Monitor and analyze key business metrics and performance indicators
  • Track lead flow, booking rates, close rates, revenue, profitability, and other operational KPIs
  • Assist with business development initiatives and growth strategies
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate communication between customers, technicians, and office staff
  • Assist with recruiting, onboarding, training, and employee development
  • Develop and maintain systems and processes that support company growth

Qualifications

  • 3-5+ years of Office Management, Operations Management, or Business Management experience required
  • Proven leadership and team management experience
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience reviewing and managing business performance metrics and KPIs
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and business software platforms
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in home services, construction, trades, or service-based businesses is preferred
