What You’ll Do
- Complete residential repairs, maintenance, and improvement projects
- Perform carpentry, drywall, painting, trim, tile, and general home repairs
- Troubleshoot and repair light plumbing and electrical issues
- Install doors, windows, fixtures, shelving, hardware, and cabinetry
- Communicate professionally with homeowners and explain repair solutions
- Maintain clean and organized job sites
- Document completed work and provide job updates
- Deliver high-quality workmanship and outstanding customer experiences
What You Bring
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in construction, handyman services, or residential repairs
- Strong skills across multiple trades including carpentry, drywall, light plumbing, and light electrical
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Reliable, organized, and team-oriented mindset
- Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
- Own basic tools needed for daily work
- Must live within the Northern Virginia service area
- Fluent English required
- 15+ years of experience preferred
