We’re seeking an experienced Commercial Handyman who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and outstanding customer service. What You’ll Do

• Perform skilled repairs, maintenance, and improvement work on commercial and residential properties
• Complete carpentry, drywall, painting, tile, trim, flooring, and general repair projects
• Troubleshoot and repair light plumbing, electrical, doors, windows, fixtures, and building systems
• Install shelving, hardware, cabinetry, and other fixtures
• Communicate professionally with customers and team members
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
• Accurately document completed work and job updates
• Deliver high-quality workmanship while providing an exceptional customer experience

What You Bring

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in construction, handyman services, or skilled trades
• Strong ability across multiple trades including carpentry, drywall, light electrical, and plumbing
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to think on your feet
• Comfortable interacting with customers and explaining repairs or recommendations
• Professional appearance and strong communication skills
• Reliable, dependable, and team-oriented attitude
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Own basic tools needed for daily work
• Must live within the Northern Virginia service area
• Fluent English required
• 15+ years of experience preferred
