Mr. Handyman of Northern Virginia – Arlington to Haymarket is looking for an experienced, dependable Multi-Trade Service Professional who takes pride in quality work and enjoys solving problems for customers.

What You'll Do

• Complete a wide variety of residential and light commercial repairs and improvements including:

• Carpentry
• Drywall repair and installation
• Doors and trim work
• Tile repair
• Painting
• Light plumbing
• Light electrical
• General maintenance and repairs

• Diagnose issues and provide practical repair solutions

• Deliver high-quality workmanship safely and professionally

• Communicate clearly with customers before, during, and after work is completed

• Identify additional customer needs and present repair or improvement opportunities

• Create and discuss estimates for additional work

• Document work performed, photos, and job notes using company systems

• Maintain a clean, organized vehicle and professional appearance

• Work independently while supporting team goals

What You Bring

• 10+ years of hands-on experience in handyman services, remodeling, maintenance, carpentry, or skilled trades

• Strong experience across multiple trade categories

• Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems without constant supervision

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Comfortable discussing recommendations and additional work opportunities with customers

• Professional appearance and positive attitude

• Valid driver's license with a good driving record

• Ability to pass a background check

• Own standard hand tools required for daily work

• Fluent English

• Full-time

• Monday–Friday (day shift)

• Occasional Saturday rotation
