Scope of Work

  • Complete projects according to scope, schedule, and code
  • Coordinate with our office staff and project managers
  • Maintain safe, clean, and organized job sites
  • Communicate progress, material needs, and updates
  • Submit invoices, photos, and project documentation as needed
  • Represent yourself and our brand professionally with customers

What We’re Looking For

  • Active Virginia contractor’s license (Class A, B, or C as applicable)
  • General liability insurance and workers’ compensation coverage
  • Established crew preferred (3+ team members)
  • 10+ years of experience in your trade
  • Own tools, equipment, and reliable transportation
  • Strong communication and reliability
  • Commitment to craftsmanship and customer satisfaction
  • Based within the Northern Virginia service area

Compensation

Project-based or negotiated rates depending on trade and scope

Ongoing work opportunities for the right partners

Long-term relationships preferred
