Mr. Handyman is growing, and we need a friendly, confident inside sales professional to be the voice of our business. You'll talk with homeowners every day, turn their inquiries into booked jobs, and keep our Service Professionals' schedules running smoothly. If you love solving problems, working with people, and staying busy, this is a great fit.

What You'll Do

Convert leads into booked jobs: Handle inbound calls and follow up on outbound leads, guiding customers from first contact to scheduled service.
Own the schedule: Coordinate and organize daily work for our Service Professionals so jobs run on time and customers stay informed.
Guide and advise customers: Recommend the right solutions, walk customers through their projects, and set clear, honest expectations.
Create customers for life: Follow the Mr. Handyman Way, our proven, repeatable process for delivering a standout experience every time.

What You Bring

Required:

Home services experience
2+ years of experience in an office setting
Professional phone and communication skills
Strong problem-solving ability
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, AI solutions and ServiceTitan
Willingness to complete a background check
