We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated Office Pro to join our growing team part-time (3 days a week), with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Keep things moving: Answer calls, schedule jobs, and make sure the right tech is at the right place at the right time
  • Be the customer hero: Guide customers through their projects with patience and professionalism
  • Add the personal touch: Build lasting relationships by delivering a great experience every time
  • Get creative: Help out with marketing and ways to reach new customers

What We’re Looking For

  • Self-starter with great attention to detail
  • Friendly communicator (phone and email)
  • Comfortable juggling tasks and solving problems on the fly
  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office is plenty)
  • Bonus points if you’ve worked with ServiceTitan before (not required!)

Requirements

  • Live locally (this is in-office only)
  • 2+ years of sales or customer service
  • 2+ years in office/admin work
  • 2+ years in marketing/advertising
  • Able to pass a background check
