Schedule: Tuesdays - Friday 8am-4pm Saturday 8am-3pm
As a Full-Time Inside Sales/Client Service Representative at Mr. Handyman, you will be the friendly and professional first point of contact for our valued clients. Your proactive approach will be essential in driving sales, enhancing client satisfaction, and ensuring a smooth process for client inquiries. Responsibilities:
- Respond to and close incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and text in a warm and professional demeanor.
- Deliver exceptional client service by understanding client needs, providing accurate estimates, and resolving any issues that arise.
- Identify sales opportunities and effectively promote our handyman services to potential clients.
- Book service appointments and collaborate with our Handyman team to ensure efficient service delivery.
- Follow up with client’s post-service to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update the CRM system accordingly.
- Work closely with technician teams to meet service targets and provide outstanding results.
- Stay informed about our services, promotions, and policies to relay accurate and helpful information to customers.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Phone/Inside/B2B sales, client services, or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills along with a client-oriented approach.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and office software (MS Office).
- A positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative team spirit.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or client services are valued.
