We have immediate openings for experienced, skilled tradesmen and handymen who can handle a range of home improvement and repair projects. This is full-time, year-round work — no seasonal slowdowns, no hunting for jobs, and no unpaid downtime.


 What You’ll Work On

Preferred (not required) skills include:

  • Carpentry & trim
  • Drywall patching & finishing
  • Painting & staining
  • Wood rot repair
  • Light commercial maintenance
  • Siding repairs
  • General home maintenance and repairs


 A Typical Day

  • Dispatch from home — no morning drive to the shop
  • Arrive to a scheduled customer who’s already expecting you
  • Assess the job
  • Build out the estimate and sell the work
  • Complete a variety of repair tasks on each visit
  • Interact with customers in a clean, professional, respectful manner

No two days are the same — a real mix of jobs and customers.

 Pay Structure

This role is hourly + commission, paid weekly.

  • $16/hour base wage
  • 12–14% commission on weekly revenue above $5,000
  • Potential earnings range: $36,000–$72,000+/year based on skill, efficiency, and performance
  • Overtime and weekend work available


 Requirements

  • 5–10 years paid professional home repair or skilled trades experience
  • Strong customer communication
  • Clean, professional appearance
  • Own your basic tools
  • Able to lift 50 lbs and work at heights
  • Valid driver’s license and insurable record
  • Background check required
  • Must live in Lexington or surrounding counties
