$30/hour guaranteed base pay

$30–$45+/hour with performance bonuses

Most productive technicians earn $70K–$100K+ annually

What You’ll Be Doing

Residential and light commercial repairs

Projects ranging from 2 hours to 2 days

Communicating professionally with customers

Managing customer expectations

Identifying additional work opportunities when appropriate

Delivering clean, high-quality professional work

Requirements

Strong residential repair experience preferred

Skilled in multiple trades (carpentry, drywall, plumbing, electrical, etc.)

Own tools

Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record

Able to pass background check and drug screening

Professional, dependable, and self-managed
