At Mr. Handyman of Northern Virginia (Arlington to Haymarket), we're looking for an experienced Home Repair Hero who can tackle a variety of residential repair, maintenance, and improvement projects.
If you're the person friends, neighbors, and family call when something needs fixing, repairing, installing, or improving—we want to talk to you.
No chasing leads.

What You'll Be Doing
Every day is different, and that's exactly why our technicians love it.
Projects may include:
Carpentry and trim work
Drywall repair and painting
Door and hardware repairs
Bathroom and kitchen repairs
Deck and fence repairs
Tile and flooring repairs
Light plumbing repairs
Light electrical work
Fixture installations
Aging-in-place modifications
Home maintenance services
Punch-list and repair projects
Troubleshooting household issues and finding practical solutions
Creating estimates for additional work opportunities
Delivering an exceptional customer experience
What We're Looking For
We're searching for a true multi-skilled craftsman who enjoys helping homeowners and takes pride in quality workmanship.
You'll Be a Great Fit If You Have:
10+ years of hands-on experience in residential construction, remodeling, handyman services, or skilled trades
Strong skills across multiple trades
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable working independently
Great communication and customer service skills
Professional appearance and attitude
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Pride in doing the job right the first time
