Mr. Handyman of Nashville is looking for an experienced, sales-driven Service Professional who takes pride in quality craftsmanship, works efficiently, and is motivated to maximize their income.

We want someone who can confidently estimate and sell jobs, charge appropriately for their expertise, complete work quickly without sacrificing quality, and deliver an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Sell & Estimate: Assess customer needs, provide accurate estimates, confidently present pricing, secure approvals, and identify additional work opportunities.
• Produce Results: Meet or exceed $5,000 in weekly labor revenue, manage time effectively, and complete jobs efficiently.
• Deliver Quality: Perform residential and light commercial repairs, carpentry, maintenance, and improvements with exceptional workmanship and minimal callbacks.
• Own the Customer Experience: Communicate professionally, build lasting relationships, generate referrals, and collect payments.
• Stay Organized: Manage materials, tools, scheduling, job documentation, estimates, and invoices using company technology.
• Represent Our Brand: Maintain a clean company vehicle, organized jobsites, and uphold our values of Respect, Integrity, and Customer Focus.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of handyman, carpentry, home repair, or remodeling experience.
• Strong carpentry skills and broad knowledge of residential repairs.
• Ability to independently diagnose, estimate, sell, and complete projects.
• Confident discussing pricing and collecting payment.
• Highly motivated, productive, self-directed, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service, communication, and time-management skills.
• Proficient with mobile technology for scheduling, estimates, and invoicing.
• Own professional hand and power tools.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
• Team-oriented, accountable, and committed to quality.

Compensation & Earning Potential

Your performance drives your paycheck!

• First 90 days: Earn 18% of labor revenue.
• After 90 days: Earn 20% of labor revenue.
• Minimum production expectation: $5,000 in weekly labor revenue.
• High performers: Opportunity to produce $7,000–$8,000+ in weekly labor revenue.

We're looking for technicians who see $5,000 per week as the minimum, not the goal.

Actual earnings depend on production, completed work, and time worked.
