What You’ll Be Doing

Take on a variety of projects: home repairs, small remodels, light commercial jobs (usually 2 hours–2 days)
Talk with customers: set expectations, explain the work, and be the pro they trust
Leave every job with a happy customer who’s already planning to call you again

What Makes You a Fit

You can manage yourself and your time without someone looking over your shoulder
You know how to talk to customers (and you’re not afraid to ask for reviews or payments)
You’re comfortable using a phone/iPad for job notes and scheduling
You take care of customers’ homes like they’re your own (booties required)

Must-Have Skills

Door & window repair/replacement experience (required)
At least 5 years of paid handyman/craftsman experience
Your own set of basic tools
Clean driving record & insurable
Able to pass background, drug, and driving checks
Can lift 50+ lbs and work at heights when needed

Nice-to-Have Skills (proficiency in at least 3 areas):

Carpentry
Drywall (small & large repairs)
Kitchen or bath improvements
Painting (inside & outside)
Flooring installation/repair
Light plumbing or electrical (where legal)

Pay & Perks

$25–$28/hour (depending on experience)
Bonus and incentive programs
