Mr. Handyman of Princeton and Robbinsville provides a wide range of small to medium sized home and commercial maintenance and repairs. A Handyman / Carpenter / Drywall professional is a key member of our team responsible for performing quality repairs and home improvements. They assess conditions on site, communicate estimates, perform repairs, build customer relationships and uphold our standard for excellent customer service. They need to communicate well with customers and the office.

Our business is family owned and operated, and also serves Belle Mead, Skillman, Montgomery, Hopewell Township, Hopewell Borough, Pennington, Titusville, Lawrenceville, Lawrence Township, Princeton Junction, West Windsor, East Windsor, Plainsboro, Hamilton, and more areas around Princeton.

This is a position for experienced, mature professionals who have significant experience doing this for a living and can assess, estimate and repair many issues. It is a position where you work independently, are not micromanaged, and have office staff to support you. Technicians have their nights and weekends free. Our technicians work hard, do high quality work and treat the business as if it was their own.

Handyman / Carpenter / Drywall Job Requirements:

• Skilled tradesman with experience in home maintenance, home improvement, repair & remodeling, carpenter, or handyman services required. The current opening is not for someone who is handy around thir home or just has a few years of experience.
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record required
• Must have own tools fit for many job types
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills (you'll be working with a wide variety of different kinds of clients & colleagues)
• Strength, balance, and ability to comfortably lift 50 pounds and climb a 28 foot ladder
• Able to use an iPad

Handyman / Carpenter / Drywall Responsibilities:

• Assessing the precise repairs needed.
• Communicating with customers about scope of work and cost estimates
• Completing small to medium repairs, remodeling, and home improvement projects
• Ensuring the efficient use of materials and maintaining adequate stock of necessary equipment
• Completing invoices and collecting payment from customers for work performed
• Keeping company vehicle and equipment properly serviced, clean, and in good working order
