Handyman Assistant – Mr. Handyman of Everett/Snohomish County

Job Type: Full‑Time

Pay: $20–$26 per hour (DOE)

Location: Snohomish County / North King County

Mr. Handyman of Everett is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated Handyman Assistant to support our Service Professionals and help keep our warehouse and office running smoothly. If you have basic home‑improvement experience and a desire to learn, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills with a respected local franchise.

Responsibilities

Maintenance & Repair Support

Assist lead technicians with small to medium residential and commercial projects
Complete basic repair and maintenance tasks independently
Support projects ranging from short two‑hour jobs to multi‑day assignments

Warehouse & Operational Support

Help maintain company vehicles, equipment, and the warehouse
Assist with general office/warehouse tasks as needed

Qualifications for Success

Ability to communicate clearly with customers, technicians, and office staff
Basic knowledge of home improvement, landscaping, and/or automotive maintenance

Minimum Requirements

Live in Snohomish County or North King County
Possess basic personal tools
Basic handyman or maintenance experience
Insurable driving record
Ability to pass a background check and driving record review
Ability to lift 50 lbs independently
Ability to work safely at heights and overhead for extended periods
Professional appearance
Ability to safely drive a trailer

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Pay: $20–$26 per hour, depending on experience
Benefits: Paid holidays, PTO, potential bonuses, and additional perks
