Now, we’re seeking a General Manager to take this legacy business to the next level.

What You’ll Do

Work side-by-side with the owner to oversee day-to-day operations and lead new growth
Recruit, train, and lead technicians and office staff
Implement and monitor key performance metrics to drive efficiency and results
Develop and execute marketing strategies to increase market share
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business
Partner closely with ownership on short and long-term business goals
Work hours: 7am - 5pm, Mon - Fri. Occasional after hours availability needed

Must Have

At least 5 years of experience running a home services business (construction, trades, repair, or similar)
Proven experience in marketing and business development (digital, local, referral, or community-based)
Strong operational leadership background (scheduling, staffing, workflow)
Experience managing and motivating both office and field teams
Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills
