Your Responsibilities as a Field Supervisor

  • Supervising the Team in Completing of Maintenance & Repairs in homes and businesses – You’ll be managing our team of Service Professionals who will be completing small to medium maintenance and repairs for home and commercial customers. Our typical project ranges from two hours to two days.  
  • Making Recommendations and Managing Expectations with Customers – You’ll communicate with our Service Professionals and customers to help them understand what they need to have done and manage expectations about the scope of work and costs. 
  • Create Life-Long Customers – Deliver a great experience that wows every customer. You will follow the Mr. Handyman Way - a repeatable process that makes it easy to impress the customer every time.

  • Ability to lead technicians effectively, minimize downtime, and maintain strong team performance

  • Communication & Responsiveness:
  • Timely updates to customers and office staff, clear documentation, and proactive problem-solving
  • Revenue Growth Contribution:
  • Supporting upselling opportunities, identifying additional work, and helping increase average ticket size
