EXPERIENCED HANDYMAN — RESIDENTIAL + COMMERCIAL

$25–$45+ Per Hour • Company Van • Steady Work • Monday–Friday

We're looking for a well-rounded handyman who knows both sides of the business.

Residential homes.

Commercial properties.

Different customers. Different buildings. Same goal — show up and get the job done right.

If you've spent 10+ years working in construction, remodeling, maintenance, or home repair and have your own tools, we'd like to talk.

YOU NEED TO KNOW YOUR WAY AROUND A BUILDING

Our work takes you into all kinds of places.

On the residential side you'll work with:

• Property managers
• Realtors
• Property owners
• Homeowners
• Rental properties

On the commercial side you'll work in:

• Offices
• Restaurants
• Retail stores
• Small businesses
• Commercial properties

You might repair a door in the morning, patch drywall at lunch and take care of a plumbing or carpentry repair in the afternoon.

No two days are exactly the same.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BE GOOD AT

We're looking for someone who can handle a variety of work:

• Carpentry
• Drywall
• Painting
• Doors and trim
• Flooring and tile
• Cabinets and fixtures
• Deck and fence repairs
• Light plumbing
• Light electrical
• Remodeling
• General maintenance and repairs

You don't have to be an expert in every trade.

But you should be the person who can walk into a job look at the problem and know how to fix it.

THIS IS FOR AN EXPERIENCED HANDYMAN

We're looking for someone who:

• Has 10+ years of hands-on experience
• Has their own tools
• Can work independently
• Shows up on time
• Knows how to troubleshoot
• Takes pride in their work
• Can work around customers and occupied spaces
• Communicates well with property managers and customers
• Keeps the job site clean
• Doesn't need someone standing over their shoulder

Experience matters here.

WE KEEP THE WORK COMING

You don't have to find your own customers.

You don't have to spend your nights looking for the next job.

Our office handles the phones scheduling and customers.

You bring your tools and your experience.

We provide the company van and the work.

You stay busy doing what you know how to do.

FLEXIBILITY MATTERS

Most of our work is Monday–Friday during the day.

But commercial customers don't always operate on a 9-to-5 schedule.

From time to time you may be asked to work an irregular shift including evenings overnight hours or weekends to accommodate a business and keep their operations running.

If you're flexible when the job calls for it that's a big plus.

10+ years hands-on experience

Your own basic tools

Residential AND commercial experience

Valid driver's license
