We're growing our Central Florida team and looking for a dependable, skilled professional who enjoys solving problems, working independently, and delivering quality repairs and improvements for residential and commercial customers.

We're not looking for someone who knows a little about everything. We're looking for someone with real, hands-on experience across multiple trades who can confidently assess and complete a wide variety of maintenance and repair projects.

What You'll Be Doing

Our technicians complete a wide variety of small and medium-sized projects, typically ranging from a few hours to multiple days.

Common projects include:

• Drywall repairs, installation, finishing, and texture matching
• Interior and exterior painting
• Carpentry, trim, baseboards, doors, and hardware
• Bathroom and kitchen repairs and improvements
• Flooring installation and repairs
• Minor plumbing and electrical work within applicable licensing requirements
• General residential and commercial maintenance
• Diagnosing repair issues and recommending practical solutions

Qualifications

We're looking for an experienced professional with:

• Approximately 8 or more years of relevant professional handyman, residential remodeling, construction, or property maintenance experience
• Strong proficiency in at least three major repair or improvement trades
• Working knowledge of several additional trades
• The ability to diagnose problems and develop practical repair solutions independently
• Experience interacting directly with residential or commercial customers
• A professional, dependable, and customer-focused approach
• A personal collection of standard professional hand and power tools
• Willingness and ability to learn and use ServiceTitan
• A valid driver's license and eligibility under our company vehicle insurance requirements
• Ability to complete applicable background and driving record screening
• Ability to perform the essential physical duties of the position, with or without reasonable accommodation
