Service Professional

Experienced Carpenter / Handyman

514 Larkfield Road, East Northport, New York, 11731, US

Expected Earnings of $36–$45 Per Hour | Take-Home Van | Monday–Friday

Are you an experienced carpenter or handyman looking for steady work without chasing leads, preparing estimates at night, or constantly finding your next project?

Mr. Handyman of Huntington & Smithtown is hiring an experienced home-repair professional for a full-time, year-round W-2 position.

You’ll receive a take-home company van, fuel card, consistent weekday work, and support from an office that manages your schedule.

Compensation

Productive technicians typically earn the equivalent of $36–$45 per hour through hourly base pay plus performance pay.

During your first 60 days, you can begin earning performance pay immediately after initial training. We guarantee that your total straight-time earnings will not fall below the equivalent of $35 per paid hour during this introductory period. If the normal compensation formula produces more, you earn the higher amount.

Performance pay rewards technicians for completing quality work efficiently. You do not need to sell the job to earn it. We explain the compensation plan clearly during the hiring process.
