What You'll Do
- Complete a wide variety of residential home repair and improvement projects, including carpentry, drywall, doors, trim, tile, light plumbing, light electrical, and punch-list work
- Deliver exceptional customer service and communicate professionally with homeowners
- Take ownership of every job from arrival through final cleanup
- Document completed work with photos and job notes
- Protect customers' homes and leave every job clean and ready to enjoy
What We're Looking For
- 8+ years of residential multi-trade experience
- Strong carpentry and drywall skills (required)
- Experience with light plumbing and electrical repairs
- Professional-grade hand and power tools
- Ability to work independently and solve problems
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs. and work from ladders
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
Compensation
Competitive pay with performance bonuses. Our highest-performing technicians earn $35–$40+ per hour. Compensation is based on experience, skill, productivity, and customer satisfaction.
