Mr. Handyman is a well-respected home repair and maintenance service company operating locally with the support of a state-of-the-art business system called Service Titan. We are committed to delivering high-quality repair and modification services to local residents and businesses. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated Dispatcher and Scheduler to join our dynamic team.
Position: Dispatcher and Scheduler
Salary: $35,000 - $50,000 per year (Depending on Experience)
Responsibilities:
- Lead Management and Scheduling: Efficiently handle inbound and outbound customer communications, organize work orders, and manage schedules for our Service Professionals to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.
- Managing Technicians: Oversee and support technicians, ensuring they have the resources and information needed to perform their tasks efficiently.
- Maximizing Profits and Revenue: Optimize scheduling and game planning to maximize the profitability and revenue of our service professionals.
- Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with customers to guide them through project planning and manage their expectations for various repair and maintenance services.
- Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a positive experience for every customer by following the Mr. Handyman Way, a repeatable process designed to impress customers consistently and create life-long clients.
Qualifications:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and deliver solutions proactively.
- Proficient in Office and Excel; experience with Service Titan is a plus.
- Must live within the service area.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service and scheduling/dispatching.
- Must pass a background check.
