Customer Service Specialist
As a Customer Service Specialist at Mr. Handyman, you are the person to listen and understand the customer needs and work with the team to provide solutions and service. Your interactions with customers and other team members will highly influence the service experience for the customer.
Additionally, your ambition and work decisions play a big part in your growth within the company and, of course, the growth of our company.
What you’ll do
- Project your friendly and helpful demeanor while communicating with customers.
- Receive inbound calls and assist customers.
- Schedule service appointments and answer basic inquiries to the best of your ability
- Gather and update customer information in our business software.
- With our training, you will learn the business software that needs updated with every step of every project
- Work efficiently and effectively in a team-based environment.
- Conduct outbound calls following up with customers and field teams
- Your effectiveness at the job will directly affect your growth in the company and the company growth around you.
What you bring
- Positive attitude, ambition, and a creative and collaborative spirit
- An education that provides an understanding of business
- 3 years of experience in customer service
- Knowledge of how systems and computer data need to work together
- A solid understanding of why businesses are in business
- Ability to accept feedback and flexibility to adapt to new ideas
- Observation, communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $28,000.00 - $36,000.00 per year

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Required)
