High-Performance Customer Service & Sales Role

We are looking for a highly organized, sales-driven professional who can confidently handle a high volume of inbound calls, convert leads into booked jobs, manage multiple moving parts at once, and create an exceptional customer experience from start to finish.

This role is critical to our company’s success. The right candidate is energetic, detail-oriented, extremely organized under pressure, and naturally motivated by performance, results, and efficiency.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Sales & Lead Conversion

  • Answer inbound calls with confidence, professionalism, and urgency
  • Convert incoming leads into booked appointments
  • Build value with customers and confidently discuss pricing
  • Follow up on unsold estimates and missed opportunities
  • Help drive revenue growth through strong phone sales skills

Scheduling & Operations

  • Coordinate and optimize technician schedules for maximum efficiency
  • Manage multiple calendars, appointments, updates, and route changes simultaneously
  • Communicate proactively with customers regarding scheduling, delays, and job updates
  • Maintain detailed and accurate customer/job notes in CRM software
  • Anticipate problems before they impact the customer experience

Customer Experience

  • Deliver a professional, high-energy customer experience on every interaction
  • Handle customer concerns calmly and effectively
  • Ensure every customer feels informed, valued, and taken care of
  • Follow up after jobs to ensure satisfaction and generate repeat business

What We’re Looking For

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum 3 years in an ACTIVE SALES and/or high-volume phone-based customer service role
  • Proven experience converting leads, closing sales, booking appointments, or upselling services
  • Experience multitasking in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
  • Strong computer and CRM/software skills

  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Strong sense of urgency and follow-through
  • Extremely organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to stay calm and efficient under pressure
  • Self-motivated and results-driven mindset
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks, phone calls, scheduling changes, and customer issues simultaneously 

Preferred Experience

  • Home services, trades, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, remodeling, or dispatching experience
  • Experience working with KPIs, booking goals, or sales metrics
  • Experience in a commission or performance-based environment

  • Someone who struggles with multitasking or fast-paced environments
  • Someone who dislikes accountability, metrics, or performance expectations
