What We're Looking For
We're looking for someone who enjoys helping people, stays organized under pressure, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. As the first point of contact for both Mr. Handyman of Spokane and Window Genie of Spokane, you'll play an important role in creating an exceptional customer experience from the very first phone call.
Because our office supports two growing businesses, the ideal candidate is comfortable multitasking, managing competing priorities, and switching between different customer needs throughout the day. You'll be scheduling appointments, coordinating technician calendars, following up with customers, and helping keep both businesses running smoothly.
We're looking for someone who:
- Enjoys talking with people and providing outstanding customer service
- Is highly organized and detail-oriented
- Can effectively multitask in a busy office environment
- Works well independently and as part of a team
- Has strong phone, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Is comfortable using computers and learning new software
- Has at least 2 years of office, scheduling, or customer service experience
