Mr. Handyman of Northern Virginia has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative in Manassas, Virginia. You will be responsible for answering questions, addressing concerns, and providing solutions to enhance customer satisfaction. As you work closely with various departments, you'll gain valuable insights into the remodeling/handyman process and help facilitate smooth communication between our clients and Service Professionals. Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide exceptional service.
- Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in our database.
- Collaborate with our Service Professionals to ensure timely updates to customers.
- Educate clients about our products and services to enhance their understanding and satisfaction.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate project timelines with customers.
- Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the construction or related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer satisfaction.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday plus one Saturday a month at our Manassas office.
- Prefer candidate resides within Prince William/Manassas area.
