Your Responsibilities as an Office Professional
- Answering Telephone Calls - you will be responsible for answering and routing telephone calls from customers and communicating with service professionals
- Accounts Receivable Follow-up – you will be responsible for reaching out to customers for payment
- Social Media Marketing – you will be responsible for publishing customer success stories and other assigned blogs on the Mr. Handyman social media platforms and website.
- Other Assigned Duties – You will be responsible for other assigned tasks including, but not limited to "thank you calls", integrating AI into the business processes, overflow duties assigned by office manager to ensure an outstanding customer experience.

Job Requirements
These are the minimum requirements to be considered for this position.
- Live within the commutable area (Current office location Englewood, CO)
- Have 2+ years of experience in an office setting
- Professional communication and phone skills
Benefits & Pay
The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $23.50 per hour.
