Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in customer service, dispatch, office management, or sales in Home Services
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven track record of developing new commercial business relationships
  • Experience with MacOS, MS Office, and ServiceTitan (preferred)
