Essential Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch customer support and resolve issues efficiently

Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in customer service, dispatch, office management, or sales in Home Services
- Strong interpersonal, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record of developing new commercial business relationships
- Experience with MacOS, MS Office, and ServiceTitan (preferred)
