What You’ll Do:

• Manage inbound/outbound calls, emails, and customer communications
• Schedule appointments and coordinate technicians’ daily routes
• Guide customers through their projects and set clear expectations
• Ensure every customer receives a smooth, positive, and professional experience
• Support the team with administrative tasks to keep operations organized and efficient

What We’re Looking For:

• Friendly, outgoing attitude
• 2-4+ years in a customer service, dispatch or administrative roles
• Excellent communicator (phone, text, and email)
• Strong multitasker with sharp attention to detail
• Tech-savvy (CRM or ServiceTitan experience is a plus)
• Organized, dependable, and calm under pressure
• Local to the area and authorized to work in the U.S.
• Background check required
• Bonus points if you love home improvement and/or have prior experience in the field

You’ll be employed by Mr. Handyman of Huntington and Smithtown, an independently owned and operated franchise. If hired, your franchise owner will be your sole employer.
