At Mr. Handyman of Northern Virginia (Arlington to Haymarket), we're looking for an experienced Commercial Repair Pro who can tackle a variety of maintenance and repair projects across offices, retail spaces, medical facilities, commercial buildings, and property management accounts.
If you're the person everyone calls when something breaks, needs fixing, or requires a creative solution—we want to meet you.

What You'll Be Doing
Every day is a little different, but your work may include:
Commercial building repairs and maintenance
Drywall repairs, painting, and patching
Door, frame, lock, and hardware repairs
Ceiling tile replacement
Carpentry and finish work
Flooring and tile repairs
Light plumbing fixes
Light electrical troubleshooting and fixture replacement
Preventative maintenance tasks
Property punch-list and turnover work
Identifying additional repair opportunities for clients
Communicating with facility managers and property managers
Delivering top-notch workmanship and customer service
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a true multi-skilled technician who can work independently and solve problems without someone looking over their shoulder.
You'll Be a Great Fit If You Have:
10+ years of hands-on experience in commercial maintenance, construction, facilities, or related trades
Strong skills across multiple trades
Excellent troubleshooting abilities
Professional communication skills
Experience working directly with commercial clients
Ability to manage your own schedule and workload
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
Pride in your workmanship
