Commercial Maintenance Technician / Handyman

Mr. Handyman of Lexington is expanding our commercial service team. We work with national retailers, medical offices, corporate campuses, restaurants, warehouses, property managers, and small businesses throughout Central Kentucky. If you have solid commercial maintenance experience and take pride in your workmanship — we want to talk.
What You’ll Do
- Complete small-to-medium commercial repair and maintenance projects
- (door repairs, drywall, flooring, ceiling tile replacement, restroom fixes, small carpentry jobs, signage installs, etc.)
- Read and execute work orders with clear job notes and photo documentation
- Communicate professionally with store managers, property managers, and tenants
- Build estimates and invoice work accurately using ServiceTitan on a company iPad
- Work independently, solving problems onsite without hand-holding
- Represent Mr. Handyman with professionalism, cleanliness, and respect

Pay Structure
- $16/hr base pay
- 12–14% tiered commission on weekly revenue over $5,000
- Paid weekly
- Real earning potential: $36,000–$72,000+ annually
High performers earn more based on skill, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of paid commercial or residential repair experience
- Ability to handle small carpentry, drywall, flooring, painting, minor plumbing, and light electrical (where legal)
- Able to lift 50 lbs, work overhead, and use ladders safely
- Professional appearance and communication
- Must own basic tools
- Valid driver’s license & insurable driving record
- Background check required
- Live in Lexington or surrounding areas
