Mr. Handyman of Northern Virginia is hiring an experienced Commercial Handyman who’s ready to bring skill, professionalism, and a strong work ethic to a team that values craftsmanship and customer care.

Compensation: $25.00 – $45.00 per hour

Your Day-to-Day:

• Handle a variety of repair and maintenance tasks across commercial properties

• Diagnose issues and determine the best course of action for each job

• Execute work efficiently while maintaining high quality standards

• Ensure all repairs meet safety codes and professional standards

• Keep tools organized, maintained, and ready for daily use

• Manage materials and communicate supply needs when necessary

• Build strong relationships with customers through clear communication and dependable service

• Create and explain estimates, helping customers move forward with recommended work

What You Bring:

• Hands-on experience in commercial maintenance or handyman services

• Well-rounded knowledge of trades such as carpentry, light plumbing, electrical, drywall, and painting

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage your time effectively

• Confidence in communicating with customers and team members

• Self-motivation with the ability to work independently when needed

• Valid driver’s license

• Your own set of tools

• Fluent English (required)

• Based in Northern Virginia (ideally within our service area)
