Inside Sales Representative

We’re looking for a friendly and outgoing sales professional with excellent customer service skills for our fast-paced office environment. 

Responsibilities include:

Sales

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities during customer interactions.
• Upsell and cross-sell home improvement services and products based on customer needs.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.

Customer Service

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text in a timely and professional manner.
• Provide accurate information about our home improvement services and pricing.
• Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Administrative Duties

• Process orders, email estimates, and applications accurately.
• Schedule appointments and follow-ups with customers.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings and industry trends.

Team Collaboration

• Work closely with our service professionals to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
