Inside Sales Representative

We’re looking for a friendly and outgoing sales professional with excellent customer service skills for our fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities include:
Sales
- Identify and pursue sales opportunities during customer interactions.
- Upsell and cross-sell home improvement services and products based on customer needs.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and performance metrics.
Customer Service
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and text in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about our home improvement services and pricing.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Administrative Duties
- Process orders, email estimates, and applications accurately.
- Schedule appointments and follow-ups with customers.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings and industry trends.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with our service professionals to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
