Carpenter/Remodeler-Service Professional

Your Responsibilities as a Handyman Professional

•Provide on-site estimates, close sales and deliver outstanding reults.

•Perform a variety of repair and maintenance tasks in residential and commercial properties, including but not limited to carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, painting, and drywall repair.

•Diagnose issues and develop effective solutions to address customer needs.

•Ensure all work is completed efficiently, accurately, and to the highest quality standards.

•Use our iPad-based system for smooth scheduling, estimating and job tracking.

• Leave every job site clean, looking sharp and every customer smiling.

Qualifications

These are the minimum requirements to be considered for this position.

•10+ years of professional carpentry/remodeling experience.

•Excellent customer service and sales/estimating skills.

•Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

•Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.

•Own your own professional grade tools for a large variety of jobs.

•Licensed and insurable for driving our vehicle.

•Able to lift 50 pounds independently.

•Able to safely work at heights and work overhead for extended periods of time.

•Professional appearance and maintenance of company-provided vehicle.

Benefits & Pay

The pay range for this position is $24 to $32/hr and is dependent on your experience.
