As a Call Center Dispatcher in the construction industry, you will play a key role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. Your friendly demeanor and organizational skills will help you manage incoming calls, coordinate with field teams, and prioritize tasks effectively. You will be at the heart of our operations, ensuring that our projects stay on schedule and that every team member has the support they need.

Pay Range: $16.00 – $18.00 per hour (based on experience)

Bonus Opportunities: Performance-based bonuses available

Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide exceptional service

• Resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and requests efficiently

• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions in company systems

• Collaborate with Service Professionals to provide timely customer updates

• Educate clients about services to enhance satisfaction

• Schedule appointments and coordinate project timelines

• Dispatch technicians and manage daily schedules

• Follow up with customers post-service to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Experience in dispatching or customer service (construction industry preferred)

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

• Proficient with computers, scheduling systems, and data entry

• Ability to work under pressure and adapt quickly

• Team-oriented mindset with strong problem-solving skills

• Ability to work full-time Monday through Friday plus one Saturday per month

• Must work from our Manassas office

• Prefer candidate resides within Prince William / Manassas area
