This isn't production work.

You won't spend six months doing the same thing every day.

Every morning brings a different job and a different challenge. One customer needs a deck repaired. Another needs a door replaced. The next house has drywall damage trim work tile repairs or a list that's been waiting way too long to get finished.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll handle all kinds of residential repairs and improvements including:

Finish carpentry and trim work

Drywall repair and painting

Door and window repairs

Light plumbing

Light electrical

Flooring and tile repairs

Deck fence and exterior repairs

General home repairs and small remodeling projects

Every day is different and that's what keeps the job interesting.

Who Does Well Here

You're probably a good fit if you:

Have 20 years or more of real hands-on experience

Can work across several trades especially carpentry

Know how to solve problems without waiting for someone else

Take pride in work that looks good and lasts

Treat customers the way you'd want your family treated

Show up on time and do what you said you'd do

Have a valid driver's license

Own your everyday hand tools

If people have been calling you for years because they know you'll fix it right the first time we'd like to meet you.
