Position: Apartment Service Technician

Location: South Bend and Elkhart Area

 Responsibilities:

  • Embrace our commitment to care by providing high-quality maintenance and repair services in residential and commercial.
  • Respond with empathy and urgency to maintenance requests, ensuring our customers feel heard and supported.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to deliver exceptional service and exceed customer expectations.
  • Able to use iPad to keep records of your work, ensuring accuracy and accountability at every step.

Requirement:

  • Previous experience in residential/commercial maintenance or a related field desired.
  • A compassionate heart and a genuine desire to help others.
  • Strong technical skills and knowledge of building systems and maintenance techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to go above and beyond to make a difference.
  • A valid driver's license.
