Job Description

Looking for an outgoing, friendly, business professional for our very fast paced office environment. We are a national company, specializing in the Home Maintenance industry but this position is designed for someone with little or no industry experience. We are looking for individuals to join our team and begin a long term, career with a stable and growing national company. This is front office work with extensive customer interaction on the phone. We strive for 100% customer satisfaction. This position involves supporting the Office Manager in her duties and extensive use of computers, expertise in inside sales, completing paperwork/data entry accurately and swiftly and juggling multiple office priorities. We are looking for Customer Service and Inside Sales Experience. Due to substantial customer contact, a clear voice with strong and confident communication skills is a MUST!

Candidates Must:

  1. Be reliable and a committed team member.
  2. Be highly organized, highly confident, detail oriented and able to work independently.
  3. Be able to pass a background and drug screen and have a clean driving record.
  4. Be flexible in your work schedule- Monday thru Saturday.

Skills/ Requirements: Data entry with 55 wpm typing skills . Must be Computer Savvy. We use Microsoft Office, so a working knowledge of Outlook, Word and Excel is a requirement. We also use a customized scheduling program which must be mastered quickly.  Training provided.

 

Job duties include, but not limited to:

  1. Answer phones, emails and voicemails and schedule service appointments.
  2. Follow our detailed script to describe our services and schedule our technicians to complete these appointments.
  3. Dispatch Technicians throughout the day.
  4. Review and maintain computerized schedule for day/week
  5. Administrative work and related reports
  6. Make appointment confirmation calls and follow-up calls.
